Save Melton Road Post Office

The petition

The Post Office Ltd is proposing to close our Melton Road Branch in West Bridgford, Nottingham in 2008. The closure is part of the Government's national public consultation on the Post Office network.

Please sign the petition against the closure of 95a Melton Road Branch. The petition which will be presented to the Post Office and Kenneth Clarke MP as part of the public consultation process before 12 November 2007.

The Melton Road branch has a constant stream of customers and is an important part of the local urban community. We believe the alternatives do not justify closure of this branch.

We/I the undersigned call on the Post Office Ltd to rethink its plans and keep the Melton Road branch in West Bridgford open for its many customers.
