Comments: Please fix Medicare by developing a rational Medicare Physician system that automatically keeps up with the cost of running a practice. Also, while you are at it, fix it for hospitals, too. I am a trustee at a non-profit hospital and we can barely survive.

Comments: Do not game the system at the expense of physicians and senior citizens. Aged patients are in no position to get low cost health care. Leave Medicare alone unless you want to make it more widespread and more affordable.

Comments: Medicare is absolutely essential to the future care of America's aging population. Congress is jeopardizing our nation's system of healthcare by failing to correct inequities in Medicare reimbursements and by adoping the Obamacare program that will increase federal funds wasted to correct problems with our healthcare system. The fact that Democratic members of Congress do not want a record vote on Obamacare is adequate testimony to its wastefulness and shortcomings. Jack Gray

Comments: ABC broadcasted a "Nightline" report on Medicare Fraud last night (17 March 2010). Billions of dollars are stolen every year BECAUSE Medicare is so badly managed. You should be fully aware that these much needed funds are wasted. FIX MEDICARE FIRST before passing a massive bill that only makes Medicare bigger and wastes more money. You have an inviolate responsibility and an ethical/moral imperative to fix the broken parts and not destroy an entire system. You are being watched. You will be held accountable and if you fail to do this, start looking for another job.

Comments: Doctors want to take care of Medicare patients. Congress is forcing doctors to limit the number of Medicare patients we see or to quit taking Medicare patients altogether. When it comes to health care reform, Texas doctors keep telling Congress to “keep what’s good in our health care system and fix only what’s wrong.” Something that is very wrong is the formula Medicare uses to pay physicians. Each year for the past decade, physicians have faced steep payment cuts that make it harder and harder for them to care for their Medicare patients. Congress knows about the problem. They know the faulty formula Medicare uses to pay doctors does not work but they have not fixed the problem. We need your help to convince Congress to fix Medicare now. Please sign the petition and send it to your friends to sign as well. Please fix Medicare by developing a rational Medicare physician payment system that automatically keeps up with the cost of running a practice and is backed by a fair, stable funding formula.

We, as American, want it to be fair and I feel like it is being shoved down our throats. Our doctor should have their opinions considered, they are the ones that should have a voice in this Bill!!!
