   Comments: Living within 2 miles of the Heritage Dairy, my rights to a healthful and pleasant environment have been taken away. The smell, the flies, the water contamination, and property values have all been affected. We need more responsible planning in place before we let in any more dairies and we need some major changes at the Heritage Dairy!

    Comments: We use to live in El Centro where we could smell the feed lots if the wind came from the southwest. I doubt if a feed lot is much better or worse then a dairy. Our wind comes from the southwest. I don't want to smell this or any other dairy.

    Comments: My husband, Richard Cushman and I, live three-quarters of a mile from the Heritage Dairy. We have already had a major sewage spill--what more do you supervisors want before you realize that these dairies are a bad idea for Solano County!
