I am signing this petition because I support the trial of Medlinx software at St. Boniface Hospital. I understand the functionality of the mobile software is:
From my smartphone:
1) Get basic patient info (Dx,LOS,demographics,labs,vitals,meds)
2) Securely message and have directory access to anyone in the hospital
3) create collaborative Discharge plans/checklists
4) collaborate using patient based message boards (real-time signover)
5) Dictate into the chart from your phone
And The goal is to:
1) save my time
2) give me the information I need to make informed decisions anywhere anytime.
