Comments: It truly makes it difficult for me to treat those that need our care the most. It's unfortunate that our state can't do better with our residents.

Comments: My parents are "dual-eligible" patients and are in stable health because of the care their doctors provide them...Their health in now placed in jeopody if their doctors are forced to close their doors due to steep Budget cuts. Please reverse the cap on the Medicaid-allowable payments for these patients.

Comments: Physicians cannot be expected to run their offices without compensation-they have to pay staff, insurance, supplies, etc. and quality healthcare must be paid for.

Comments: Most people who don't qualify for Medicaid in their State can't afford Medicare's 20% coinsure, therefore how can you expect someone who does qualify for Medicaid to afford it? This is ridiculous...in order to qualify for Medicaid you are already below poverty level. So where does that leave the physicians or the patients who have to decide when they can continue to seek medical attention.
