Dear EPA,

I am submitting this petition to the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to take immediate and necessary actions to stop the cause of the odor that can be described as a natural gas or a chemical smell in Mecca, California. It has started since the second week of December 2010 until the present time. I strongly encourage the EPA to find the cause immediately. It is the only option that will provide the necessary oversight and safety assurances that is highly hazardous odor. Please protect our environment and community.
