Although Asset Pro Management states on its website that they are "devoted to providing impeccable care and maintenance to community associations" it seems they have overlooked the basic necessity of postal service.

The small mailboxes at The Meadows has resulted in the residents of The Meadows not receiving their mail, receiving damaged mail, or having to travel to the Phoenixville branch of the U.S. Postal Service to pick up mail and packages.  The current mailbox receptacles do not meet USPS codes. (see links to the right)

Unfortunately many complaints by residents, and the Post Master of the Phoenixville Post Office have gone unheard.  Contradictory to Asset Pro Management’s Vision statement, the "impeccable care and maintenance" for the residents of The Meadows has been compromised.

We, the concerned residents of The Meadows as undersigned, call on you Asset Pro Management to provide new, US Postal Service approved mailboxes for local mail delivery.
