We the undersigned citizens of Morgan County, Utah, ask that the County Council members  begin planning for a much needed soccer complex for our youth.

The number of males and females in Morgan County who play soccer is almost twice that of any other sport, and it is growing.  We would like to see a soccer complex created in the next three to five years, because some of the fields currently utilized will not be available long term. 

We hope to have fields which are designed and groomed for soccer play for the safety of those involved. We also hope they will be located such that interregional play will continue to be viable.  And lastly, we request that the fields be consolidated in one location, so that families with multiple children involved will be able to convene in one place. 

Thank you for being proactive in planning for the future needs of your citizens.  The lack of soccer fields is becoming more of an issue, and we trust that you will ACT before it becomes a crisis.
