I , LaTaunya Winters am proposing to name the community center that is being constructed in the North District of the City of Newport News, VA be named McMillan-Scott Community Center. “The McMillan-Scott Community Center” is a fitting tribute to outstanding distinguished public servants, whose hard work and efforts help make this center a reality.
