We, the homeowners of the combined neighborhoods surrounding McGlade\'s Fresh Market, "McGlades," including, but not limited to Winfield Park, Brighton Place, Eaglewood and Pinewood Hills, hereinafter referred to as the "Neighborhood" petition the County of Spokane to rezone the land used by McGlades also known as parcel number 37263.9025 to Limited Development Area (Commerical Zoning)(LDAC).
We understand that if this land is rezoned from Urban Reserve to Limited Development Area (Commerical Zoning)(LDAC), McGlades will have the option to reopen for business, which includes the sale of fresh produce as well as a small restaurant/cafe to the public. We feel McGlades is a strong asset to the Neighborhood, which includes a majority of young families.
