   Comments: Please walk away now its clear to see that your not up to the job, you have failed to motivate players, you have been backed heavily by this board in signing players and re signing players yet your no close to knowing your first own firs team. Your treatment of clarke, hill and mcgovern has been a complete disgrace not to mention the idiotic decision to loan our only goalscorer out for half the season even though he saved your job twice last season with his goals. You have stated you dont enjoy the pressure and its clear by your disgusting attempts at hiding during our recent games that this is true but believe me it will only get worse as the fans are growing even more frustrated at watching you stumble from mistake to mistake. Take a look in the mirror alan and do the decent thing, resign, you are no longer the heroic captain that we all grew up watching lead our country, you have become a pale shadow of that man and its sad to see

The fans have made up our minds, there is nothing further you can do, please make this easy, negotiate a fair settlement while bearing in mind our perilous financial state and allow someone else to try and change things.
