The track is a place to learn several things. just look and Cale Yarborough, Dale Earnhardt, Tony Stewart, Richard Childress, all theese people started learning the building blocks to their career at your local Dirt tracks. So people lets give a place for future generations to stay away from drugs and learn more about something with a rich heritage(auto racing)

    Comments: The track hasn't hurt anyone and the Owner have done only what was required when he applied for and received his permits , the people of Laurens county had the opprtunity to vote a few years back and they didn't want someone to tell them what they could do with there land, And I am a life long resident of Laurens county and I was part of that vote and I still stand behind my vote

    Comments: "..............you can't make a racer do anything...that was his choice not to wear a fire suit.....................and hopefully other drivers will learn from a mistake that he made!" It's called following the rules, if the owner says wear fire suits and the driver doesn't, guess what they don't run!

    Comments: Mileback is a great addition to Laurens County. This county is void of employment and entertainment as it is. Mr. Hurley sought and recieved permission before each phase of construction and abided by ALL requests put before him. I hate to see 28 people be the reason to shut down a "seasonal" business that operates only six months a year and only on one night for about 4hrs each week(and that with weather permitting)..........depriving the hundreds of racing fans ,crews and drivers of a little fun and excitement with their families and friends.
