As someone who spent $100 on the Boxing event held on May 2nd 2015 between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. I feel like was conned out of money by the Manny Pacquiao team for not disclosing in any manner that Manny was injured. I paid the asking price to watch what was reported to be a "healthy" Manny Pacquiao boxing a "healthy" Floyd Mayweather. Knowing Manny Pacquiao had a torn rotator cuff would have decreased my own and many others interest in the fight. Given the distinct disadvantage a boxer faces without full use of his shoulder, the fight was not only less Intriguing due to the fact that it means nothing if Floyd beat an injured Manny. But also the outcome of the fight would also become very predictable. This would have caused numerous people not purchase the fight costing the Fighters money. I am One of those who would not have purchased the fight had I known about this injury. I believe a refund of some magnitude is in order for those who were blatantly lied to by the omission of truth regarding Pacquiao's injury. The money made on this fight was made because members of Pacquiao's camp committed perjury. I sign this petition add a victim of said perjury and request a refund of my money.
