The goal of this petition is to create a Government body that will oversee the prices for products and set price limits for said products. It should be viewed as a partner to the Minimum Wage Law. Details- -Government body is created to oversee maximum price of products sold in the United States of America. -Manufacturers and Retailers have a right to be part of the decision making process. -The maximum price IS NOT a REQUIREMENT. However, Manufacturers and Retailers that successfully comply will be allowed to post an image on their products and stores that tells Consumers that they sell their products for decent prices. -Any Manufacturer or Retailer that wants to be part of the decision making process has to pay a fee based off a percentage of their gross annual income. Manufacturers and Retailers that make more money per year have to pay a higher percentage than other Manufacturers and Retailers to be part of the decision making process. This is designed to keep the decision making process fair for all Manufacturers and Retailers. -Consumers will not be required to pay any fees to be part of the decision making process because they, essentially, already paid the fees by buying products sold by Manufacturers and Retailers.
