We the undersigned are seeking justice for Matthew Turner. Matthew was arrested and convicted of a murder and attempted murder that all know he didn’t commit. We are asking you to help get Matthew back in court for a new trial. We believe that your signature would help speed that process up.
The 1st trial ended in a 10 not guilty 2 guilty . 2nd trial Guilty. During the retrial motion it was learned that the DA. withheld information about the relocation and payment of their 2 new witnesses from the defense, in the 2nd trial. One of the witnesses was paid $5.000. It was also established that the LAPD withheld information that a witness in the courtroom was hear to say that "He's The Wrong Guy, I've never seen him before." In reference to Matthew ( Brady Violation).
We are seeking to have the Justice Dept. make an inquiry into the past cases that involve, Superior Court Judge Bob S. Bowers Jr. Prosecutor Andrea Pott. Los Angeles Police Detectives Harold Dicroce #26857, Lisa Governo#25535, and Jose Carrillo of the Northeast Police Station. To investigate any other cases that might have been handled by these. To see if there are more innocent people that have been convicted due to (but not limited to and including)the withholding of Information about witnesses and Exculpatory Evidence.
