We the “Concerned Citizens of Throop Pennsylvania”, are petitioning the Federal Government to look into possible contamination of the Borough of Throop and surrounding communities during the current cleanup efforts at the Marjol Battery Site. We the undersigned are asking for the agencies involved in this cleanup to reevaluate their claims that no contaminates were released into the community during the 2008-2010 years and to answer citizens claims that if contamination is found, what responsibility do these agencies and owners of the site have to the citizens of Throop and its surrounding communities.
