Cellphones and Personal Music Devices outside of class

The petition

Spring Lake Park High School students should be allowed to use their specified devices during passing time for the following reasons:

Students are less likely to use them during class
time
Teachers won't have to worry as much about going through the process of discipline
Using Cellphones/Mp3's during passing time doesn't affect the students' education

We, the undersigned, ask that all of the members of the school board to resolve this issue.
