Bring back matte screens on MacBook Pro!

While Apple has in the past provided us with great pro-level machines that cater to a variety of markets and end-users, we feel that the latest revision seriously neglects a core need and want of the professional user-base by omitting the option of a matte, glare-resistant screen. The communities of graphics and media professionals, as well as creative artists, have long been some of the most loyal supporters and proponents of Apple as a platform for serious creative work, both for independent workers, and studios. The lack of a matte screen option is a huge detriment to a huge number of us Apple! Don't leave us all hanging this time around... bring the matte screens back!

  • navdeep I have late 2008 and early 2011 hi-res matte screen macbook pros. I want to upgrade to retina, please provide option of matte screen. I sit 10 hours on screen, can't bear a constant glare.
