Hi, Chef Matsu-san's RENEWAL for an employment pass has been rejected by MOM. Their reason was that he did not meet their criteria for approval. It doesn't make sense because since his 2-year employment pass was first successfully granted in July 2008, his salary, work experience, skillset have increased and his qualifications unchanged!
