Their ineptitude cost thousands of marine animals their lives off the Honolulu harbor and they should have to pay for what they've done, we demand that the city and county of Honolulu levy a fine of no less than one (1) million dollars US to be used in reparation efforts for the fragile ecosystem that was destroyed.
