We have requested for a long time to have Our Lady restored at New Southgate Cemetery. We keep being told by the Office at New Southgate Cemetery that restoration will be done but nothing to date has been done. We therefore request that the restoration works on Our Lady be done as soon as possible. Our Lady is a very important symbol to the Catholic community as well as other Christian communities and we feel that she protects our departed relatives and are very upset that she is now in such a state of disrepair. Therefore we urge the owners of New Southgate cemetery to have her restored to her former beauty as soon as possible.
