Comments: So how come that when someone goes to jail or prison they decide to find God I know plenty of people that have never been to jail and they have no problem with it. I used to work in a jail and saw this all the time!! Im not religous but I find it ironic. Plus if the Columbine asses were still alive would you want them to be free Cause from what I remember they were bullied. Im not sticking up for the victim so dont think that. He was an ass! But killing someone because they were mean in more ways than one does that mean they should be killed Dont play God, hes the guy everyone turns to when they go to jail/prison.

Comments: Murder is wrong, only the state should decide punishment for criminals. The boy they killed may have been himself an evil felon, But these kids should have reported the abuses and law breaking of this individual to the police. By killing him they have become dangerous criminals and i hope they keep them in prison and away from our familys. They have become as animals- and dangerous animals, MUST be kept in cages away from our general population. AMEN

Comments: I believe that Bobby Kent has taken more than enough of Marty's life away from him via years and years of abuse.  His loss of freedom is a shame considering the big picture! He doesn't deserve to spend his entire life being punished for having had enough. Threat to society? Hardly!!!

Comments: I feel sorry for Marty, how he was treated by Bobby Kent. Now in saying that, he had NO RIGHT what-so-ever to participate in the killing of Bobby Kent. Nobody deserves to have their life taken unless it's God who is doing the taking. But I think that Marty was OVERLY INFLUENCED by Lisa Connelly in the hope that he could go without being bullied. NOBODY deserves to be bullied. And bullies should pay a price for the pain they cause....but that price should never be murder. As for Marty, I feel he has served his time & deserves PAROLE!!!!!!!!

Comments: Considering the case of Martin Joseph Puccio Jr. I believe that the degree of the alleged crime is as extreme as the sentence given to Martin Puccio. The penal sentence supposedly given to Martin Puccio is a cruel indication of the true nature of a flawed and corrupted justice system which will not give any deceased family member another chance at a respectful life. It seems that the ones in favor of Martin Puccio's sentence could possibly face a prosecution if the cases were handled like the Nuremberg trials on another level. Free Martin Puccio now, and do not deny the respect that him and his family truly deserve.

Comments: I am sorry for the family of Bobby Kent for losing their son! I am looking at this from Marty Puccio`s side too. He was bullied for many years and I know first hand what that is like. Even though I never thoughr of going too far for revenge the things that were done to me still stays locked in my mind and affected the way I am today. I hope that this petition helps get Marty out or another trial. I want to hear someday that a jury realizes that bullying really affects a person in so many ways and that Marty, even though I don`t know him I believe he is sorry for the way he went about things and if he could turn back time he would.

Comments: I lived in Miami for 42 years prior to moving to Italy/Portugal. After reading in the news that one of the attorneys died (Duckworth), I decided to read the story of Bobby Kent. I don't think any of them should be serving a life sentence, and that all should be released from jail, not just Marty Puccio. I believe they rid society of a real murderer.

Comments: Death is obviously a horrible act but it seems that a hardship of deperation was the premis and apparent that his transformation while in prision will prepare him for the real responcibilities he will face is out of prision which should guide him on the right path. He was very young when the act took place and after 10 years, more than enough time has passed and maybe at this point a meeting of the parents would help bring closure and give everyone a change to discuss life moving forward. Marty as a father can show some real progress and contribute possitively to society.

Comments: I don't think what they did was right but for Marty to recieve such a stiff sentance while the others didn't is not fair. Nobody has the right to take some eles life and I think they were all guilty of the same crime and should of recieved the same punishment. I pray for Marty the story really touched me because it hit close to home i'm from FL, and I 2was a young and dumb influencial child.
