| 6 | Dave Wilson | It wouldn't happen if he'd signed for Rangers or Celtic so why should Inverness Caley Thistle be any different? |
| 7 | steve maclean | grant the permit please |

| 11 | Sam Barros | Stop wasting time with nonsense decisions. Marius Niculae has clearly established himself as a professional footballer of the highest calibre. |
| 12 | Scott MacKenzie | This player has played football in EU member states without problems for the last 6 years but its only when he comes to the UK its a problem. ludicrous.
With Romania sitting a lot higher than Scotland in the FIFA rankings and playing 4-6 Internationals a year there must be hundreds if not thousands of players in that country who you could legitimately claim would improve teams in Scotland yet less than 20 would be able to meet the 75% criteria.
It is quite clear that Niculae is not an 'economic migrant' like some who might try and come here from new EU member states.
It is also clear that his pedigree is pretty good despite not playing in 75% of his country's fixtures in the last two years.
And it is further clear that ICT could not purchase a player like this in the domestic market as we could not afford it .....
so c'mon bureaucrats - sign the papers !!!!! |

| 17 | Jim Robertson | Marius is a proven international footballer. 12 goals in 28 international games for a country that has a better Word Cup record than many other countries (including Scotland) in recent times. How many other foreign players happily plying their trade in the SPL can match that? |
| 18 | Iain Jeary | Many lesser players have been granted work permits. |

| 25 | Donald Johnstone | This is bureaucracy gone mad. Not only is it ludicrous that his application should be rejected, but the fact it has taken 2 weeks to reach that decision when other "larger" teams get almost instant decisions beggers belief.
No wonder this country is heading to the dogs when thousands of peole are allowed to wander in at will and exploit our systems yet one genuine individual who has something to offer is turned away.
The Home Office really need to give themselves a shake, get out from behind their desks and take a look at the real world. |

| 31 | Iain Nelson | For goodness sake this is a load of nonsense just let us have our striker it's taken long enough all ready. |
| 32 | Alan Nelson | |
| 33 | Iain Mackinnon | how can't his work permit not been granted? He will make a huge impact in the SPL!!!!!!! |
| 34 | Allister Nisbet | |
| 35 | KATE BEATON | We need a good striker! |
| 36 | Alan Mair | i hope David Stewart can get this sorted out for the club. all the supports are behind him 100% |
| 37 | Ian Rose | I believe that Niculae's international and club career are more than sufficient to allow him a work permit in the UK. To block a team at Caley Thistle's level from signing a player of this quality is damaging to Scottish football as a whole. Thank you for your consideration. |
| 38 | Jonny Wallace | |
| 39 | H Wolstencroft | |
| 40 | Wayne Thomson | It is terrible the government cannot enforce their own rules equally here is a guy who wants to promote the highlands of scotland yet the government just want to wrap them selves up in red tape |

| 43 | John Krzeminski Jr. | Let him play! Let him Play! |

| 46 | Graeme Wilson | This is a disgrace Alex (going to Chelsea) failed on the same 75% rule yet he gets a permit! |
| 47 | John MacRae | |
| 48 | Simon McCaw | I am a Rangers fan and this is an absolute disgrace this has happened. Good luck to Caley Thistle with their appeal, I hope they win it as I was looking forward to seeing this guy play in Scotland. I am sure he would be good for Caley and Scottish football, I am sure he would bring a lot more than most of the Lithuanians who are Hearts!! Fingers crossed Caley win this appeal. |
| 49 | William B (RANGERS FAN) | What is this country coming to, we let guys come into our country whom try to blow our airports up, yet an honest decent guy doing something that will make a lot of people happy in Inverness, especially kids, is refused point blank! I wonder what would happen if it were Raith Rovers who were signing this guy.....I will tell you, Mr Gordon Brown our Prime Minister I'm sure would make sure he was granted a work permit. SHAME ON THE HOME OFFICE!!!! Its a disgrace. GOOD LUCK I.C.T. |
| 50 | Marius Niculae | Multumi subventie mea dorinta, doamna Smith. Culme mea dori catre joaca pentru Inverness Caley Thistle. Multumi subventie mea munca permite. Eu ruga tu vointa, Zeu Dispus. Multumesc! |
