Comments: t's been there for ages and seems to be an ideal spot for it. It adds to the Kingston waterfront considering the other atrocities are being done to it. I don't mind my name appearing on the list but I don't want to be inundated with a lot of stuff.

Comments: It may not be the best looking museum in Canada. Why don't the various levels of government realize that this is a unique museum and spend some money on fixing up the site. Lets keep these historic sites, there are so few left.

Comments: The Marine Museum of the Great Lakes is a credit to Canadian conservation, preservation and education. It would be a great shame to see such a valuable heritage resource jeopardized by political misconception and commercial greed.

Comments: I find it intolerable that a Museum that has done so much for Kingston and the Great Lakes should be treated in this way. It says little for the efforts of volunteers.

Comments: To lose this site and the museum would be an irreperable cost to the citizens of Canada. This facility is a service for Canada and for our visitors; don't lose it. I see this same debate in the United States over the preservation of Civil War sites but if they are lost, they cannot be recovered no matter what future politicians and future generations may wish. This decision is not just for today; it is for several generations. Please keep it in tact.

Comments: Although I do not agree with the museums policys at times, they city of kingston needs to recognize that they atr responsible for museums in the area. Museums do not make money and are there for the public good.
