This petition is to show desire and need for a watch program in Marinai. Many of you have seen or heard of these programs in the states. If you don't know about them and would like more information there is a website up and running for this cause. It can be found at http://marinai-watch.webs.com NOTE: Signing this petition does not mean you are volunteering to run, organize, or volunteer your time to the program in ANY WAY. It just means that you see a need for it like we do. One person can make a difference, but a community working together can make a change. Take just a few minutes to take steps towards a positive change.
