We the undersigned, being of sound mind, do hereby petition to forever prevent the destruction of "Nicole Marie Marcucci" as the legal and binding moniker of one Nicole Marie Marcucci (currently of Hampton, TN & formerly of Elmwood Park, IL). Under no circumstances other than the Witness Protection Program should this name be allowed to be changed. Neither marriage nor personal preference would be sufficient to eliminate the surname of "Marcucci". To do so would be a great travesty and complete disregard for the will of the people. While future offspring may be allowed to possess an alternate surname, Nicole Marie will, in perpetuity, be a Marcucci.
