By signing below you indicate that you wish United States Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr to seek the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev if Tsarnaev is found guilty of any of the 17 crimes of which he is accused that carries a potential sentence of death under federal law.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a debate on the merits of this case or the death penalty- all signatures, regardless of any comments, will be considered as signifying favoring the death penalty if Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is found guilty of a capital offense.
