Stop the Orwellian Transportation Bill The MAP-21 Bill (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act) calls for a communications systems to be implemented in all of the country's vehicles. If this bill passes Congress, Big Brother will be tracking every motor vehicle in the country. Stop government-sanctioned blackboxes from becoming as common as carburetors and calibrated friction brakes. Furthermore, if that is not enough, anyone who owes taxes to the IRS can have their passport withdrawn.
