    Comments: I echo the sentiments stated in the petition. Charlie is a VERY dedicated Tracy resident. He is a family man, local business man that works diligently and offers help, advice and guidance to those that come into his path. He works for the greater good of everyone and truly represents what community means. It would be tragic to overlook this man for City Council. He is one major reason I moved to Tracy recently. I want to live in a City where it's politicians care about making the lives of it's constituants more positive.
