Substantially reduce overcrowding, illegally parked, and abandoned vehicles on residential streets. Dramatically increase the ticketing and citing of vehicles blocking their own driveways thereby lessening the likelihood of impeding safe exiting in the event of an emergency. Increase revenues to DMV by implementing mandatory parking permits for any address in which more than four vehicles are registered. This would allow for residential street parking to the individuals with more than four vehicles.
