Comments: I can think of many uses, for the people of Manchester for this amazing building. I fell very angry that it is being allowed to deteriorate before our eyes by this cynical morally impoverished company.

Comments: Standing opposite the main station for Manchester, this hould be an opportuity for something iconic to represent Manchester. Instead it advertises decay and neglect, the very opposite of the image that Manchester ought to have

Comments: I pass this magnificent building regularly and always lament it's shameful condition. I cannot believe that Britannia have owned the building for so long and allowed this important building in a prime part of the city fall into such disrepair. I cannot understand why the CPO was not granted and sincerely hope another is sought so Manchester can retain this glorious building.
