Their is a significant amount of children left unattended outside the front entrance between the time of 7am and 7:30am when the school currently opens. Currently their is no supervision or inside provisions provided for these students. It is in the best interest of the children that they be allowed to enter the school at the earlier time of 7:00am where they will be out of the weather and under supervision. By signing this petition you agree and are stating that you feel it is the responsibility and duty for the Manchester City School Board & College Street Elementary School to open their schools to students no later than 7:00am.
