There have been ongoing promises from Greenwin Inc. Management regarding the ability to park wherever is suitable due to the construction that was being undertaken on the underground parking. The construction was to be finished in December 2011, but little to nothing has been done in terms of construction work. No construction workers are ever present and murky claims are made by Greenwin Inc. Management regarding the status of the workload. Damage to cars, property, belongings, and well-being have been brushed under the rug since there is a reimbursement of $30.00 per month, covering the parking fee(s) as shown in the lease agreement. The $30.00 is minimal in terms of what type of damage cars are facing (body, internal (dirt in engine, etc.), undercarriage (high sidewalks, trunks, etc.), passer-by nicks and scratches, and cleanliness overall, which can lead to rust in the future. Belongings of residents become covered in mud (shoes, pants, etc.), the walkways are slippery and unsafe due to the amount of mud, hefty tickets are being handed out ($250.00 per ticket) with no monetary relief from Greenwin Inc. Management. Trial dates, and the stress relating thereto, are taking a heavy toll on the residents of Chalkfarm, and Management is aggressive in pushing residents away who have grievances. They are abrasive, dismissive, and continuously refuse to work with the issue, and ask that the concerns be redirected to faulty ‘other outlets’. We ask that tickets be dismissed in such a fashion that letters are to be issued for each resident facing charges or tickets immediately. Damage to cars (due to a lack of anywhere to park) be reimbursed at Greenwin Inc. Management's expense, and that liability is handed over to Greenwin Inc. Management since they are clearly violating lease conditions and agreements which other residents are tightly bound by. If residents are expected to pay rent, and live up to their lease agreements until the lease is over, Greenwin Inc. Management should be just as bound to perform the same duties as set out in the lease agreement which residents are promised upon moving in. Intolerance, discrimination, verbal abuse, inconsistency, and the unwillingness to promote any fundamental solution is unfair and needs to be addressed. The poor condition of the buildings and the lower income of the residents should have no bearing on anyone having a voice. More money should be invested in what matters, and that includes peace of mind for residents which are paying rent and living up to their lease agreements.
