Comments: I've always really had no problem with Malinko, but just recently I have found out of his corruption as well as experienced a small dose when working under him on Mal a couple year ago. Sometimes I've considdered him a friend, but when it comes to being placed into a Global position, I do not think he is yet ready for this much power of control among all gservers of Graal. I request removing his global rights, possibly letting him keep his Player World Helper spot and being placed under a low lvl 1 global RC with limited rights.
