HireRight Solutions,Inc. in place and being in the Untied States District Court, would be a good time to finish them off!Making them Liable for any and all "False, inaccurate, incomplete,and unverifiable, information they place on any drivers Dac Report.Allowing the injured Driver to compell them to pay for Damages that they have caused by sending out incorrect, and damaging information on any Driver to prospective employers nationwide. Meaning that ,before they go sending out information, on a driver they must "first investigate" and only send out what has been verified, as well as incoming slanderest statements made by Trucking Company's, trying to make themselves look good in the public's eye, by splattering a driver's life out, with false and liable accusations about a driver, That HireRight, must fullfill it's obligations under"15 USC 1681 i. et al, and correct all inaccurate and incomplete information that it receive's,so that CDL-A Driver's rights to "Due Process" and privacy are adhered to, it is your Constitutional Right, do not let them take it away,just so they can fatten up they bank account's!
