After yet another encounter with a very rude cyclist, it is time to petition police. etc to make them accountable for their actions, the rules of the road are for all of us, them included !!!!! They are rude. arrogant and all have a death wish, cutting vehicles up who can cause them serious damage. I would like to see some kind of the registration plate on they bikes so they could them be traced
