We being citizens of Bruceton, TN and neighbors do hereby request that the city allow an exception to Kelvin M. Brett, located at 102 Ash Street, to place the 10'X20" out building for his Insurance & Tax services office and the 3'X8" illuminated low profile ground sign. Kelvin did inform us that he had contacted the city Manager, Tony on several occasions regarding the requirements and/or restrictions to place the building and sign and was told by Mr. Tony that there were no written requirements . It was stated that the building must be 20 feet from the road line West and 20' from the alley line South. The sign must not obstruct any view at any road intersection. We declare that we approve of the building and sign and feel it would be a great improvement and service to our community.
