Keep RWC numbers to 20!

112 Signatures Goal: 250

the RWC 07 is memorable for the minnows. Who could possibly forget Georgia coming within a Video Refs decision of beating Ireland, or the way a bunch of lawyers, doctors and students from Portugal reminded us just what is at the heart of our wonderful game: Heart, pride and guts! Unfortunatley the IRB in what can only be viewed as a move of self-interested protectionism is planning to cut the number of teams for RWC 11 to 16, at a time when Rugby is booming and has the potential to become a truly global sport this action while stop dead any progression the smaller nations have made over the next four years. If you agree that the RWC must be kept as it is then please sign, it will be e-mailed to the IRB within the next 12 months in the (probably vain) hope that they will take stop of what the Rugby community is thinking! Thank you.
