Creating an RCSC Coop Club
The Petition
Many people in Rock Creek Sports Club have expressed an interest in re-forming our beloved health club as a Gym Cooperative in the event that LA Fitness successfully buys our membership list from Crunch and then proceeds to shut our doors.
This petition is therefore more of a survey. We want to know:
1. if you are interested in maintaining a membership in an RCSC Gym Coop
2. if you are interested enough to put $500-$700 into the effort as a one-time membership fee, or alternatively as a 5-year, no interest loan. (said fee would go to a pool of money to reopen RCSC, pay rent, utilities, and salaries to keep the staff employed immediately)
3. if you are interested but cannot afford $500-$700, how much can you invest
