Whilst Nightrider is helpful, there is still a void to be filled, mainly in the Chapel St/Commercial Rd area.Flag

Name: Audrey Maiwald on May 1, 2007Comments: the buses are way way to crowded, they should get rid or the little yellow buses for sure. and they should make sure that all school buses are the big bendy buses because the amount of school kids who get on a bus is huge and the sizes of the buses are so small that like a majourtity of the kids have to stand. ITS STUPID.Flag

Name: Renee Smyth on May 8, 2007Comments: reintroduction of alot of staff needs to happen before alot of these changes can take place. Also funding must be uncovered from somewhere and the Government has already released its budget for 2007/08... im talking like millions and millions of dollars worth of change we need. i think that u have done well for making problems and issues more accessable for students and underage people to understand and contribute to, but false hope wont make change. im signing this not because i believe it will make a major difference any time soon, but because i believe public transport is an issue that needs to be addressed properly by the government to benefit all converters. And it is through means like this i hope members of government can take a step back and have a look in and observe what is happenning and what can be done. Also i have a suggestion that was not mentioned, a tram line running the length of station street from Doncaster to Box Hill will ease the influx of asian residents clogging the three bus lines that travel down station street. I live off station street and by the time busses reach me i usually get left behind because they are full or i am sitting on the bus drivers lap. The tram line will ease congestion on roads and make travelling into and out of Box hill More conventient, quick and hassle free. GOOD LUCK JOSH!!! PEACE!Flag
