Bill Walker MSP for Dunfermline has this week been convicted of 23 cases of abuse against ex-wives and a step daughter ranging between 1967-1995. He will be sentenced on the 20th of September but will only be sentenced upto one year in jail, this will mean that he cannot be made to resign from Scottish Parliament or dismissed.
