I am starting a petition to have this day (May 1, 2011) or the day the USA killed Osama Bin Laden for the attacks on US soil on September 11. This should be a NATIONAL holiday, and not just a remembrance of the day we got Osama Bin Laden. Our children, their children, their children's children and so on and so on should mark this day in history. The attacks were not just an attack on the US but an attack on FREEDOM. So please, sign this petition so we can forward it on to Congress and the President, to have this day in history as the day we took out terrorism and make it a national holiday.
