Our beloved dog Cassie died on 12/26/2011 because of a fox snare 200 yards from a major public boat ramp in Northern Utah. There were no signs warning pedestrians the trap was there and it was using illegally placed meat as bait. Cassie smelled the meat, walked toward it and was caught in a snare which snapped her neck.
