We (the users who appreciate playing C&E and would like to support it) wish to bring the C&E tournaments room on Frost back to it's previous glory by making it into an official room. The C&E tier has become increasingly popular lately, so we think that it'll make a great comeback as a fun room. With an enjoyable atmosphere we can play the tier and have a good time hanging out with others. The Other Tiers room has had a bunch of C&E tournaments recently, so we have confidence that it could work independently as its own room. To create variety within the tier, there are variations of C&E that can be played so that it doesn't get repetitive. Lets make it official once more!
