Every year greenhouse gases are released into the atmosphere. One of the leading causes is actually cattle farming. To make matters worse, the Amazon rainforest is being cut down to make room for cattle. Even worse, only about 40% of a cow is edible and cattle require lots of room and water. A safe alternative would be humans eating more insects, which contain less fat and more essential vitamins and take up less space with less waste.
