Please sign this petition to make the Joe Paterno statue accessible to fans. On Sunday, July 22, 2012, Penn State removed the statue, primarily due to the opinions of Louie Freeh. I have always wanted to see the Joe Paterno statue, but now it is gone. Although I don’t believe that the statue will ever be back in its original location, I do hope to be able to see it. This petition is a call for Penn State officials to make the statue viewable for fans. Penn State removed the statue because it would apparently deter the healing of the victims. So by signing this petition you are asking Penn State to make the Paterno statue viewable only by one’s choosing.
