At the DMV organ donation is an opt-in option. Policy should be changed to making organ donation mandatory with an opt-out option. This way everyone is automatically signed up to be an organ donor when you get your driver's license, but you have to option opt-out if you strongly feel you do not want to donate your organs. This way more people will be there to donate their organs and more lives can be saved.
