this is a petition to make the goverment realise the damage these men are doing to our kids and society as a whole by spreading their seed and not being made to be responsible for their actions its all fair and well handing over part of their salary to the csa or mother but that is NOT being a parent the goverment need to make these men accountable for these children and stop the cycle of damage this causes by giving the parent with care the right to take them to court and make them be parents.
