We need this law so people can go to the park with there children and dogs and relax! All dogs especially big dogs with a tendency to snap. All dogs can snap in certain circumstances. For example. Yesterday I was in the park and a big dog (some sort of bill mastive) was chasing its ball and a little king Charles started chasing it too and the poor little dog nearly got savaged. It was awful, the park was full of children too! It would make everyone feel save and at ease if people just simply put a mussel on there dog! Better to be safe than sorry!
