Students at the University of Hartford lead very busy lives. Aramark runs food service for so many colleges and universities around the country. They should, and do, have the means to make Hawks Nest more convenient for the customers, however, they choose to do nothing. We specifically wish to see the both of these issues resolved: 1.) Lines that wrap around the hallway, leading to up to an hour and 15 minute wait. 2.) Inability to get a drink refill
